LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE
By registering for and participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
The undersigned “Adult Participant,” whose information is provided during registration, desires to participate in an outdoor fitness activity, including but not limited to yoga, sound healing, breathwork, or other instructor-led activities (the “Activity”), located at THE BAMBOO GROVE (also known as SMART CHOICE GARDEN CENTER LLC, a Florida limited liability company), with an address at 2100 SW 154th Avenue, Davie, FL 33326, and hosted by independent instructors.
I understand that participation in the Activity involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, death, or property damage. I acknowledge that these Activities take place outdoors and may include additional risks such as uneven terrain, weather-related conditions, interactions with wildlife, and the actions or inactions of other participants.
I voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with my participation.
I agree to listen to my body, move within my own limits, and take full responsibility for my experience. I understand that I am free to rest or modify at any time.
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless THE BAMBOO GROVE and its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, affiliates, as well as the independent instructors (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including those based on ordinary negligence.
I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from my participation.
I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for maintaining my own health insurance coverage and that the Released Parties are not responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

I understand that the instructors are independent and are not employees or agents of THE BAMBOO GROVE.
I agree to follow all instructions provided and to exercise care and good judgment throughout the Activity.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida, and/or through arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.

I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to fully review this document, understand its contents, and that I am competent to do so. I understand that I am participating in a potentially dangerous activity and that there is a risk of injury or death. By agreeing to this waiver, I am giving up my right to pursue legal action against the Released Parties for such risks inherent to the Activity.
I understand that I have the right to refuse to sign this waiver, and that THE BAMBOO GROVE reserves the right to refuse participation if this waiver is not accepted.

El Participante Adulto declara haber tenido la oportunidad de revisar cuidadosamente este documento en su totalidad y confirma que es competente para leer y comprender el idioma inglés.
El Participante Adulto entiende que está participando en una actividad potencialmente peligrosa y que existe el riesgo de lesiones o muerte. Al aceptar este acuerdo, renuncia a su derecho de presentar una demanda contra las Partes Exoneradas por cualquier lesión o muerte derivada de los riesgos inherentes a la(s) Actividad(es).
El Participante Adulto tiene derecho a negarse a aceptar este acuerdo, y THE BAMBOO GROVE tiene el derecho de negar la participación si este acuerdo no es aceptado.
