This event is held monthly to connect with the energy of the full moon by three facilitators: Daveed, Naomi, and Bryanna.

The full moon naturally carries an energy of illumination and release; so together, we go through a brief meditation with Daveed to first settle into the body, then introduce fun movement with Naomi that incorporates a grounding style of dancing and yoga to find freedom and expression in the body. We have fun with the process and any discomfort that arises , and let go.

We wind down from the movement with breathwork and light yoga with Bryanna, and find our way down into a final relaxation with a live sound bath and the natural sounds of the ocean.
